Annual Cinco de Mayo Celebration

Elmore County Hispanic Organization, also known as ECHO, is hosting their Annual Cinco de Mayo Celebration. You'll be able to enjoy performances by the Elmore County Hispanic Organization Folkloric Dancers, a Jalapeno Eating Contest, children's activities booths, Mexican Arts & Craft Exhibits, and Food Trucks with your favorite traditional Mexican food!
